The total floor space of the apartment is calculated pursuant to the valid legislation (Government Directive No. 366/2013 Coll.) It means the total floor space of all rooms in the apartment including the ground plan area of all load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures. The total floor space does not include the terraces, balconies, paved surfaces or front yards.

Prices are given, including VAT. The price of an apartment does not include the purchase price of the basement storage room or the covered parking place.

Prices given in the pricelist are valid until an updated pricelist is published. The seller reserves the right to change the price list at any time, even up until entering a binding reservation agreement with an interested party in writing.

A pre-booking means a non-binding reservation valid for 5 days. A pre-booking is not valid if the seller does not confirm to the interested party that it has made a pre-booking.

The deadline for moving in is scheduled according to the construction timetable. A binding deadline will be specified in the relevant agreement.

The term “internal usable area” stated on the apartment cards includes the surface area of all rooms, i.e. the living rooms, kitchen area, bathrooms, toilets, closets, entry halls, etc. It does not include the surface area of the load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, cladding, prefabricated bathroom-toilet units in prefabricated apartments, terraces, enclosed balconies, balconies, paved surfaces or front yards.

The energy performance certificate has a rating of B.
